Interview with Kerstin Schütt of Twisted Ramble Games (“Duru”)

As part of the Baltic Sea Games pavilion at devcom digital conference 2020, Baltic Sea Games interviewed Kerstin Schütt of Twisted Ramble Games who are currently developing their game “Duru”!

Duru is a 2D puzzle platformer about the mole rat Tuli, who is suffering from depression. The focus of the game is on misunderstandings that may happen in every day social situations with someone who suffers from this illness. It also offers some solutions that can help in this situations. So this game is for those who want to learn about depression but are afraid of the topic. It is also a game for players who are looking for a different approach to puzzle platformers due to the AI (artificial intelligence) game mechanic / companion, that works with and against players.
